For customers spending more than 300 dollars, we announce that the payment will not proceed completely if the name of the card user and the name of the purchaser do not match in order to prevent unfavorable incidents. If the customers that are willing to spend more than 300 dollars leave their name of their country, address, number, the name of the card user and the type of card (Visa, Foreign Exchange, Master) along with their name through innolife58@gmail.com, the regular ordering process will take place after verification. We truly appreciate your cooperation even though it may be a little troublesome.
We don't have any self confirmation system at the moment. You'll have to inform us your ID by email, then we will send you the password after confirming the identification.
Innolife offers two ways of payment.
1.Credit card 2.Alipay But Since Alipay has system problems, the failure percentage is rather high, so we recommend you to use credit if possbile. You can check the link below for Alipay payment: http://help.alipay.com/support/index.htm
After confirming the purchase of the item, We will post the package. It depends on which of area you are at. It usually take 14 days for normal shipping and takes 3~4 days for EMS.
-It's easy to cancel an order online. Just let us know your name, the number of your order and the reason you want to cancel through E-Mail or MSN.
-If the package has been already been sent, you will have to pay for the extra fees occurred during the process
If you make a payment by credit card. Just let us know your name and order number and the reason of cancellation. Then we'll cancel your settlement right away.
What if the product I want to buy is out of stock. The sold out products in Innolife site could be a temporary out of stock, so please leave us a email or on the board which item you want to purchase.
Although we are a Korea based company, our main currency is US Dollars.
